We see to it that ordered items will be delivered to you promptly and correctly. Below you find information regarding the way we handle shipping orders.
Orders with a total cost of under 30 euros, will be charged 5.95 euros shipping costs regardless of the weight and size of the package. For orders with a total amount over 30 euro's, shipping is free-of-charge. All this is automatically handled while placing your order. You will be informed whether you qualify for free shipping. This ensures you always have a clear idea of the shipping costs, regardless of the size of your order.
Delivery takes place from Germany and is provided by DHL. Shipping is done by insured parcel. As soon as your shipment is registered with DHL you will automatically receive a notification containing a DHL Track and Trace code and a link to the DHL page to track the progress of the transport.
All items in our shop have an indicated delivery time. For local shipments (Germany) the average time of delivery is approx. 1 to 2 days. For all other European countries eligable for shipment, time of delivery is approx. 2 to 3 working days.
If items are in stock and are ordered and paid for on Monday to Friday before 13:00 hours or on Saturday before 11:00 hours, your order will be shipped the very same day.
In case the shipping address resides in Germany, it will usually be made available the next day. Delivery to destinations outside Germany can take 2 to 3 working days. Please note that due to any delaying circumstances (high demand, weather conditions and the like) the delivery period can be as long as five working days. This is unfortunately beyond our control. We will of course do our utmost to have the parcel delivered to you within a reasonable time frame.
In exceptional cases, it can take DHL a few days longer to get the order to your doorstep. If your order has been flagged 'shipped' in your Aurora Patina customer account, but you haven't received your parcel yet, please note that it can take up to 5 working days before you receive your parcel. If you have not received your package within five working days after it has been shipped, please contact our Customer Service Department. In order to provide you with the best possible service we kindly ask you to provide your order number when you contact us.
Not at home?
If you are not at home to collect your parcel, DHL will deliver the parcel to a pickup point near you.
Excluded from delivery
Shipping an order to a PO box address is not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
