Any item you purchase throigh us is covered by our legal warranty. This warranty implies that a product is or must do what consumers may reasonably expect from it when used normally. This also means that you are entitled to receive a quality product.
When can I make a warranty claim?
You can claim a warranty when an article you received appears to be faulty. An item is faulty if it is incomplete, damaged or broken on arrival, does not work properly or if you cannot use it in a practical sense as you might reasonably expect from it. If so, you are entitled to a free repair, a replacement item or a reimbursement of your payment. You can contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
When am I not entitled to claim under the warranty?
If the item was damaged in an accident, deliberately inflicted damage or due to normal wear and tear? If so, you are not entitled to a repair, refund or replacement item. You can, of course, contact us at any time to see if we can help you in any way.
